General Cancellations

• Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a one-night cancellation fee.

Peak Season Cancellations

• For stays during peak season, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date to avoid charges.
• Cancellations within 7 days may attract applicable retention charges.

Group Bookings (5 Rooms or More)

• Group reservations require advance payment for confirmation.
• Cancellation/amendment of group bookings 15 days or less prior to arrival may result in full or partial retention charges at the hotel's discretion.

No-Show and Late Cancellations

• In case of a no-show or cancellations within 15 days for group/conference bookings, a retention fee will be charged based on the number of rooms and nights reserved.

Early Check-Out

• Guests checking out earlier than the reserved date will be charged for the entire duration originally booked, unless prior notice is provided as per policy.
